Manchester United 8/13 to beat Watford in Tuesday’s Premier League game

Competition: Premier League

Market: Manchester United to beat Watford

Odds: 8/13 @ Bet365

The Premier League allows no time for breath this week as the competition returns in midweek. There were a number of interesting results at the weekend, with teams from further down the table battling hard against those above them. One side that were forced to fight until the end were Manchester United, and they travel to face Watford on Tuesday.

Watford have been able to overturn their poor run of form lately by winning their last two games on the bounce. This has allowed them to maintain their position in the top half of the table, and they are just three points behind fourth-placed Tottenham. Marco Silva will be looking to make it three wins from three as they continue their impressive start to the season, with each victory taking them further away from the relegation zone.

Manchester United have been in decent form over the last two weeks in the league as they look to keep the gap between themselves and Manchester City to a minimum. Their game on Saturday ended in a 1-0 win over Brighton courtesy of a hugely deflected goal, with the home side struggling to create much. Their last Champions League game ended in a 1-0 defeat to Basel, which was a huge disappointment, so Jose Mourinho will be desperate to see his side accumulate as many wins as possible to banish their loss from memory. With this in mind, we are backing Manchester United with odds of 8/13 from Bet365.
