Manchester United and Everton are among the clubs interested in Celtic goalkeeper Vincent Angelini, according to TMW. Angelini is out of contact at Celtic at the end of the season, and United, Everton and Southampton are the Premier League clubs who are looking to secure the services of the teenage midfielder on a free transfer.
The report has claimed that Lazio, Atalanta and AC Milan are also interested in signing the 17-year-old goalkeeper. The three Italian clubs and the three English teams all have made contact to see if a deal could be possible. The teenager himself is ready to leave Celtic when his contract runs out at the end of the season.
Angelini is only 17 years of age and has yet to make his debut for the Celtic first team. It is hard to see Celtic manager Neil Lennon use the teenager in his squad between now and the end of the season. Angelini is one for the future.
