Eight teams appear to be in the race to qualify for next season’s Champions League by finishing in the top four in the Premier League, and Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag is obviously aware that it won’t be easy for his team to achieve that goal.
United are currently fifth with 26 points, three less than Tottenham Hotspur in fourth and four less than Newcastle in third, but with a game in hand on both those rivals.
