Manchester United capture new striker

(GSM) – Manchester United have completed the signing of striker Bebe from Portuguese club Vitória Guimarães.

The club said on its official website that the 20-year-old has already agreed personal terms and would undergo a medical later this week.

Boss Alex Ferguson has been keen to add to strike force and Bebe joins Mexico’s Javier Hernandez at Old Trafford.

The 6ft-3in Portuguese striker joins compatriot Nani at United, who start their Premier League season against Newcastle United on Monday.
