Manchester United have signed only three players this summer and they have sold a lot more. With the departures of Alexis Sanchez and Romelu Lukaku and not replacing any one of them, the Devils have been left with only Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford as realistic centre-forward options.
But this January that might change. With United’s struggles in front of the goal in the past six months, Man United could be looking to create a better attacking trident, with Ousmane Dembele from Barcelona reportedly being one of the players they are monitoring.
According to The Independent, Dembele is on United’s radar, with his situation at Barcelona not looking good. Devils want to bolster the squad and Barcelona have made it known they would consider a sale of Dembele. He could cost up to £100 million, per several reports, although his poor injury record could make Man United think twice before they sign him.
