Manchester United are eyeing a deal for Totenham Hotspur full-back Danny Rose this summer, according to the Metro.
Manager Jose Mourinho is in the market for upgrades on both Ashley Young and Antonio Valencia, who despite impressing this season are entering the twilight of their careers with the pair both thirty-two years of age.
At 27, Rose does represent someone who could hold down a first team place for some years to come while he also offers ten years of Premier League experience.
He has played one hundred and forty-three times in the competitions, with all but twenty-seven of those games coming for Spurs while he spent the 2012/13 campaign on loan at Sunderland.
He has been capped sixteen times by England, with three of those appearances coming at the 2016 European Championships while he featured in both of last months friendlies, which came against Italy and the Netherlands.
