Manchester United are interested in signing Harry Kane from Premier League rivals Tottenham Hotspur in the summer transfer window, according to The Telegraph. The report has claimed that United will back Erik ten Hag once the Ajax boss is confirmed as the new manager of the Red Devils.
Kane is one of the best strikers in the world and was strongly linked with a move to defending Premier League champions Manchester City last summer. However, the 28-year-old striker stay at Spurs and is now leading the North London club’s charge towards the Champions League places.
The England international striker has made 28 starts and one substitute appearance in the Premier League for Tottenham so far this season, scoring 12 goals and providing six assists in the process. Kane has scored 178 goals in 274 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career.
