Manchester United are interested in signing Declan Rice from Premier League rivals West Ham United, according to Fichajes. It has been reported that the Premier League giants are looking for a midfield general and have identified the 22-year-old as a potential target next summer.
However, United are unlikely to get Rice, who can also play as a defender, on the cheap. West Ham want as much as €100 million for the 22-year-old, who was a key player in England reaching the Euro 2020 final in the summer of 2020.
Rice is one of the best midfielders in the Premier League and is ready to take the next step in his career. The 22-year-old is playing Europa League football with West Ham at the moment, but the England international is good enough to play for a bigger club such as United and compete in the Champions League and for the Premier League title year after year.
