Manchester United have joined the race to sign West Bromwich Albion forward Saido Berahino, according to the Mirror.
The Baggies star has attracted interest from a number of Premier League big hitters following his impressive form over the past one and a half seasons, with Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur also monitoring his situation.
Since breaking into the West Brom first team in eighteen months ago, the former Northampton Town, Brentford and Peterborough United loanee has racked up sixty-eight appearances in all competitions, scoring twenty-seven goals.
Eighteen of those strikes have come this season, with his twelve in the league helping steer Tony Pulis’ side away from any serious fears of relegation.
With ten games remaining, the Midlands side sit in thirteenth place, eight points above the bottom three.
They will look to extend that gap when they host their manager’s former club Stoke City on Saturday, and the home win can be backed at 5/4.
