French media outlet Le 10 Sport claims that Manchester United have joined the race for Paris Saint-Germain starlet Marquinhos.
Having grown increasingly frustrated by the lack of first team opportunities at Parc des Princes, the Brazilian hopes to leave the club at the end of the season.
Long-term admirers Barcelona are believed to be leading the chase at the moment, but Manchester United appear to be keen as well.
The Red Devils’ defensive worries have been well documented and they seem to believe that Marquinhos could be an answer to their problems.
The 21-year-old has scored a total of 4 goals in 66 league appearances for Paris Saint-Germain, while making another 19 Champions League outings for the club.
Despite failing to nail down a regular starting berth at PSG, Marquinhos has kept his place in the national team and he is in the Brazil squad for March qualifiers.
