Premier League giants Manchester United are showing interest in Vitoria Guimaraes midfielder Bernard Mensah, according to A Bola.
The Ghanaian footballer has largely impressed in his first ever top flight season and his excellent showings did not go unnoticed.
A number of Europe’s top sides have been casting admiring glances his way, with Manchester United the latest club to have joined the race.
A Bola has learned that the Red Devils have been watching the attacking midfielder in action over the last few weeks with a view of luring him to Old Trafford in the future.
Despite his fragile age, the 20-year-old quickly developed into a key footballer for Vitoria Guimaraes, having managed 4 goals and 5 assists in 28 league outings.
He is now being widely linked with a big club move and chances are the Primeira Liga side won’t be able to keep hold of the talented youngster for much longer.
