Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has shown interest in Newcastle midfielder Yohan Cabaye, according to The People.
The Scottish manager is not entirely satisfied with his options in central midfield and is reportedly looking for a new addition to the centre of the park.
As The People reveals, Sir Alex Ferguson is keen on Newcastle midfielder Yohan Cabaye and has instructed his scouting team to compile a report on the Frenchman.
The 25-year-old only arrived to St James Park in the summer from Lille, but he didn’t need a lot of time to attract attention from big European clubs.
Cabaye has been one of the key player’s in Newcastle’s impressive start to the season that saw Magpies climb to fourth place in the standings.
