Manchester United are among the clubs who are interested in signing Jack Grealish from Manchester City in the January transfer window, according to The Sun. The report in the British tabloid has claimed that Tottenham Hotspur, Newcastle United, Inter Milan and Borussia Dortmund are also keen on a deal for the former Aston Villa star, who can operate as an attacking midfielder or as a winger.
Grealish has been on the books of City since 2021. Although the England international has won the Premier League title thrice and the UEFA Champions League once with Pep Guardiola’s side, he has never been able to establish himself as a regular in the starting lineup. The 29-year-old has scored two goals and given four assists in 22 matches in all competitions this season for City, who have let right-back Kyle Walker join AC Milan.
United and City are bitter city rivals, and it will come as big shock if Grealish leaves the Etihad Stadium for Old Trafford in the middle of the season. With the Red Devils having a terrible season, the England international may not been on a move to Ruben Amorim’s team.
