Manchester United are interested in signing Rafael Leao from AC Milan in the summer transfer window, according to Fichajes. The report has claimed that Serie A club Milan value the Portugal international forward at €145 million.
The report has claimed that former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners United see Leao as a player who could score goals and create chances for them. The 24-year-old has made 24 starts and three substitute appearances in Serie A this season, scoring six goals and providing eight assists in the process. Leao has also scored one goal in five UEFA Champions League games for the Rossoneri this campaign.
United are sixth in the Premier League table at the moment with 49 points from 31 matches, as many as 11 points behind Tottenham Hotspur, who are fourth. Meanwhile, Milan currently find themselves second in the Serie A table with 68 points from 31 games, as many as 14 points behind leaders and city rivals Inter Milan.
