Manchester United plan summer bid for Adam Wharton

Manchester United are interested in signing Adam Wharton from Premier League rivals Crystal Palace in the summer transfer window, according to CaughtOffSide. Wharton has done impressively for Palace since his move from Blackburn Rovers last year, and United are considering a potential bid at the end of the season.

United, though, are not the only club who are keen on Wharton. CaughtOffSide has claimed that Serie A giants Juventus have also been impressed with the England international midfielder and are looking into a possible deal for the 21-year-old.

Palace are 13th in the Premier League table at the moment with 30 points from 25 matches, 13 points above the relegation zone. Meanwhile, United currently find themselves 15th in the standings with 29 points from 25 games, 12 points above the bottom three.
