According to a recent report from L’Equipe, Premier League side Manchester United are set to put forward a formal offer in order to try and secure the signing of West Ham United defender Issa Diop. The belief is that a series of discussions have been underway in recent weeks between both parties over the possibility of a transfer, but now, United are ready to take things to the next level. Diop is widely considered to be one of the most exciting defenders in English football today, and given that United have some serious issues at the back right now, he could prove to be one of their most important signings of the summer.
Solskjaer seems to be finally finding his feet within the summer transfer window, and in the wake of signing Wan-Bissaka, it really does seem like he means business.
