Manchester United will sell Harry Maguire in the summer of 2023, according to The Mirror. The England international central defender has fallen down the pecking order at Old Trafford, and the former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners plan to cash in on him at the end of the season.
Maguire has not always had the best of times at United and is not getting much playing time under head coach Erik ten Hag now. The Dutchman has used left-back Luke Shaw in central defence ahead of the former Leicester City star at times
It would make sense for United and Maguire to go their separate ways at the end of the season. Ten Hag clearly does not fancy the England international, who needs to play regularly to further his career. Maguire did well at Leicester and plays well for England, and he should have a fair new Premier League clubs trying to sign him in the summer of 2023.
