According to a recent report from Calciomercato, Manchester United are still interested in the possibility of signing Tammy Abraham.
The Englishman is looked upon as a player who can succeed Cristiano Ronaldo, with the overwhelming expectation being that CR7 is going to depart Old Trafford – perhaps as early as the January transfer window.
The Red Devils are eager to find a new forward and with just Martial and Rashford currently at their disposal, it’s clear that’s what they need to do if they want to take a step forward under Erik ten Hag.
Abraham, who wasn’t ever really able to get going with Chelsea, is 25 years old now and if he wants to make another strong run in the Premier League, the time is now.
The youngster is currently plying his trade with Roma, which we imagine will be a hard place for him to leave given the success he’s enjoyed.
