According to a recent report from Manchester Evening News, Manchester United are contemplating moves for three different Barcelona stars this summer: Ivan Rakitic, Ousmane Dembele and Samuel Umtiti.
While United may have crashed out of the UEFA Europa League at the hands of Spanish side Sevilla last night, the fact that they have already qualified for next season’s Champions League will massively help them when it comes to luring in top players from across world football.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be aware of the fact that United, as a club, have made some expensive mistakes in the transfer window before, but we can’t imagine that’ll throw him off the scent too much.
All of the three aforementioned players have proven themselves to be world class footballers, but for whatever reason, things just aren’t working out at the Nou Camp for them right now.
Perhaps, though, that’s down to the Spanish giants themselves.
