According to a recent report from the Mirror, Manchester United are keeping an eye on Leicester star Harvey Barnes.
The 22-year-old would be viewed as a possible alternative to Jadon Sancho, and with Barnes making his England debut earlier this year, it’s clear to see that he’s trending in the right direction.
The club values him at around £60 million which shouldn’t be too much of an obstacle to overcome for United, but Ole Gunnar Solskjaer does need to try and figure out what his priority is heading into the January – and then summer – transfer window.
Leicester have already seen many of their top stars leave in favour of ‘bigger’ clubs over the course of the last few years and while United may not be in a particularly stable position in terms of their consistency, their global appeal is almost always going to outweigh any of those lingering worries that players might have.
