According to a recent report from Sport, Manchester United are interested in making a move to sign Barcelona star Antoine Griezmann this summer.
The belief is that they will pursue the idea if the conditions are “right” with United gearing up for what could prove to be their biggest transfer window in recent memory.
They’re already pursuing the idea of deals for Jadon Sancho and Raphael Varane, and while Griezmann may not possess the same kind of momentum as they do right now, he’s still an elite level forward that can cause defences serious problems – although there are some question marks regarding whether he can pull it off in the Premier League.
Griezmann doesn’t pretend to be anything he’s not in terms of his overall ability but if he’s thrust into the starting XI with Manchester United, you can bet there would be substantial pressure on his shoulders to perform.
