According to a recent report from Tuttosport, Manchester United could be in the process of lining up a phenomenal transfer that would see former striker Carlos Tevez return to the club.
The Boca Juniors star last played for Manchester United in 2009, and last played in the area as a whole with Manchester City before leaving in 2013. The controversial striker, now aged 35, could be brought into the mix as a temporary replacement for Marcus Rashford who could wind up being ruled out for the remainder of the season courtesy of a double stress fracture.
Tevez is one of the most notable foreign forwards to ever step foot in the Premier League for good and bad, and after over a decade away from Old Trafford, it’s safe to say that this would be the sort of move that makes headlines all around the world.
At the very least, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer can’t be accused of not wanting to shake things up.
