Manchester United are interested in signing Jean-Clair Todibo from Nice in the January transfer window, according to Fichajes. The report has claimed that United are on the hunt for a new centre-back, and one of the players on the radar of the former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners is Todibo.
Todibo has been on the books of Nice since 2021 and is one of the better centre-backs in Ligue 1. The France international centre-back has given one assist in 11 Ligue 1 matches so far this season. Todibo made 33 starts and one substitute appearance in the league last season.
United are sixth in the Premier League table at the moment with 21 points from 12 matches, five points behind Tottenham Hotspur in fourth. Meanwhile, Nice are currently second in the Ligue 1 table with 26 points from 12 matches, a point behind leaders Paris Saint-Germain.
