Mantovani happy with Fiorentina link

Chievo defender Andrea Mantovani admits that being linked with a move to Fiorentina ‘is a dream’ for him.

The defender was linked with a move to the Viola in the January transfer window as well, but the 25-year-old does not expect to leave Chievo at the end of the season.

“It is a dream. I know that in the past, there has been some interest on their behalf for me, but nothing has eventuated,” Mantovani explained to Novantesimo.it.

“But until there is some ceratinty about an actual move to Fiorentina, I will stay at Chievo.”
