Celtic striker Marc-Antoine Fortune has completed his switch to Premier League outfit West Bromwich Albion. The transfer marks Fortune’s return to the Hawthorns after just a season with the Bhoys. The 29 year old was on loan at West Brom during the latter half of the 08/09 season from AS Nancy before he joined Celtic for £3.8m last year.
Fortune has signed a two year contract with the Baggies, who recently won promotion to the Premier League from the Championship.
Fortune could make his Baggies league debut this Sunday in the Premier League against Liverpool. He was named WBA Supporters’ Player of the Year during his last spell with the club.
