Juventus midfielder Claudio Marchisio could leave Olimpico at the end of the season since he is unhappy with the treatment he is receiving by the club chiefs.
The Italy international signed a new five-year deal some two years ago, but he has since become a key player in the team and now want a contract that would correspond to the new status.
Juventus chiefs are aware that Marchisio deserves an improved contract, but they are not ready to meet the player’s demands.
The two sides are still far from reaching an agreement and unless something unpredictable happens, the Italy international will consider his options at the end of the season.
Marchisio is reportedly unhappy with the way in which the club are going after yet another disappointing season and could request a transfer next summer.
The 25-year-old has a long list of suitors in European football and he would have no problems finding a new club should he decide to leave the Bianconeri.
