AC Milan star Mario Balotelli is being linked with a summer switch to Monaco, according to Il Corriere dello Sport.
The controversial forward has once again voiced his dissatisfaction at the treatment he is receiving in Italy and it appears he is ready to quit Serie A for the second time in his career.
And Il Corriere dello Sport has learned that Monaco plan to take advantage of the situation and attempt to lure him to Stade Louis II in the summer transfer window.
Balotelli’s agent Mino Raiola has an excellent relationship with the French giants and his role could be crucial in the potential transfer taking place.
It remains to be seen whether the forward will be interested in a switch to France, especially since he is likely to receive offers from Europe’s top clubs.
Balotelli, 23, joined AC Milan from Manchester City in January 2013 and has since bagged 26 goals in 40 Serie A fixtures.
