West Ham can take a giant step towards Premier League survival as they face relegation-threatened Stoke City on Monday night at the Olympic Stadium.

Under former Manchester United boss David Moyes, West Ham have arguably transformed into the Premier League’s inconsistent side. As for the Potters, after appointing former Wolves manager Paul Lambert as the successor to Mark Hughes in their bid to avoid the drop, Stoke have struggled to make any kind of impact and are now considered one of the favorites for the chop. Coming off the back of a 2-1 home defeat to Spurs last time out, the Potters are now on a nine-match winless run in the Premier League and their defensive issues have shown no signs of improving. Conceding two or more goals in their last four matches on the bounce, no team in England’s top flight have conceded more goals than Lambert’s side.
