French giants Marseille are considering a summer move on Manchester City midfielder Seko Fofana, L’Equipe can reveal.
With Europe’s top sides hot on the trail of Gianelli Imbula, OM have no choice but to start the search for his successor.
According to L’Equipe, Marseille are keeping close tabs on Manchester City youngster Seko Fofana.
The 20-year-old joined the Citizens in 2013 from Lorient and he went on to make seven appearances for the Under-19 side in UEFA Youth League.
Fofana was loaned to Fulham last November and he has since shown a great deal of potential, making 21 Championship outings and starting four FA Cup matches.
And with the competition for places at Etihad being fierce, the youngster may be interested in returning to French Ligue 1.
Fofana has represented various France youth sides, last playing for the country’s Under-19 team, and he is predicted a bright future in the game.
