French giants Marseille are hot on the trail of Bayer Leverkusen striker Javier Hernandez, according to Radio Monte Carlo.
L’OM are looking to reinforce all areas of the team, but signing a proven goalscorer is clearly the priority.
Radio Monte Carlo claims that they have now set their sights on Bayer Leverkusen hotshot Javier Hernandez, who continues to be linked with a move away from Bay Arena.
The 28-year-old, who recently became Mexico’s highest ever goalscorer, did well since moving to Germany, going on to score 28 goals in 54 Bundesliga appearances.
However, with just one year left to run on his contract, Hernandez appears to be thinking about summer exit, with Lyon also keen on his services.
Marseille are also in talks with Crystal Palace as they hope to bring former captain Steve Mandanda back to Stade Velodrome.
