Marseille interested in Cutrone

According to a recent report from Sky Sport Italia, Marseille are interested in trying to sign Wolverhampton Wanderers striker Patrick Cutrone.

The Italian has, somewhat surprisingly, just come back to Molineux from his loan spell at Fiorentina. Some are of the belief that he will stay and attempt to make an impact with Wolves, whereas others feel as if he’ll be shipped straight back out on loan.

Marseille seem to think that they see something in Cutrone too, but perhaps he needs a few games back in England so that we can all see what kind of level he’s playing at. Wolves are struggling for goals and there’s simply no way of getting around that, and the impression seems to be that he is going to try and fill in for Raul Jimenez in the Mexican’s absence.

Whatever the case may be, it’s going to be an intriguing few months for him.
