Marseille keen on Andy Delort

Marseille are showing interest in Caen striker Andy Delort, Le 10 Sport has moved to reveal.

OM made a real mess out of their summer transfer dealings as Michu Batshuayi remained the only senior striker in the squad, and with the Belgian now a target for top clubs, the Ligue 1 giants will be forced to sign at least one or two centre forwards in January.

According to Le 10 Sport, Marseille are showing serious interest in Caen striker Andy Delort, who had earlier suggested he would be delighted to move to Stade Velodrome.

Saint Etienne are another top side casting admiring glances his way, but the player’s employers will only consider big money offers for his services.

After bagging 24 goals in 36 Ligue 2 appearances for Tours during the 2013/2014 season, Delort joined Wigan Athletic, but he would soon return to France, rejoining Tours for a short-term loan spell before moving to Caen on permanent basis last summer.
