Marseille are weighing up a summer move for Ajaccio goalkeeper Guillermo Ochoa, reports France Football.
The French giants seem to be preparing for life without captain Steve Mandanda, who is widely expected to leave Stade Veldrome at the end of the current campaign.
France Football has suggested that Marseille have set their sights on Guillermo Ochoa, whom they see as a good long-term replacement for the France international.
The Mexican goalkeeper will be out of contract in the summer as he has refused to sign a new deal with the side that sit at Ligue 1 rock bottom.
Ochoa, 28, was considered one of world’s most talented shot-stoppers when he decided to leave Club America for Ajaccio and many were surprised to see him join the Corsican side.
He has, however, done well to stay on the radar of top European clubs and everything suggests he will be leaving ACA at the end of the season.
