Portuguese daily newspaper A Bola understands that Marseille are showing interest in Primeira Liga stars Iker Casillas and Rui Patricio.
It is no secret that l’OM plan to recruit a high-profile shot-stopper in the summer, and they were recently linked with former player Steve Mandanda.
However, Marseille officials are also considering other options and are now believed to be keen on Iker Casillas and Rui Patricio.
The 35-year-old will be out of contract at the end of the season, but he has an option to extend his stay at Estadio do Dragao for another year.
Rui Patricio, on the other hand, only recently signed a new long-term deal with the Lions, but he is a reported target for Arsenal and few other top sides.
Having recruited the likes of Patrice Evra, Dimitri Payet and Morgan Sanson, Marseille are expected to make few more marquee signings next summer.
