Marseille starlets Nicolas N’Koulou and Andre Ayew could be leaving Stade Gerland in the near future, reports L’Equipe.
Yesterday’s defeat to Napoli ended team’s hopes of reaching the Champions League knockout stages, and this could in turn see some star players leave the club.
With Marseille also struggling on domestic stage, where they are ten points adrift of Ligue 1 leaders Paris Saint-Germain, their plans of keeping hold of all star players do not seem realistic at the moment.
Andre Ayew and Nicolas N’Koulou are expected to be the first footballers to quit Stade Velodrome, with top European clubs casting admiring glances their way.
The Ghanaian attacker is hoping to realize his dream of playing in England’s elite division, with a number of Premiership clubs showing interest in his services.
Meanwhile, N’Koulou is being followed by Monaco, Arsenal and Napoli, and it is only a matter of time before he leaves his current employers for greener pastures.
