La Liga side Sevilla will have hard time securing a permanent deal for Inter Milan-owned Montenegro star Stevan Jovetic.
Former Manchester City, Fiorentina and Partizan forward has enjoyed a successful loan spell with Rojiblancos, netting 6 goals in 21 appearances after arriving during the January transfer window.
Sevilla are keen to secure a permanent deal for Jovetic, but the imminent departure of Jorge Sampaoli and hard push from Marseille sporting director Andoni Zubizarreta could prove to be enough to push Sevilla forward out of Spain.
Radio Monte Carlo reports that Marseille are willing to fork out €14 million in order to activate Jovetic’s release clause, adding that Zubizarreta already got in touch with Jovetic’s representatives.
Inter Milan will be forced to sell a couple of their players in order to meet FIFA Financial Fair Play regulations and Stevan Jovetic is thought to be among those player Nerazzurri are willing to let go.
