Martial unhappy at Sevilla

According to a recent report from Marca, Anthony Martial has become frustrated at his current situation with Sevilla.

While Martial has enjoyed a few bright moments during his loan stint in Spain, it hasn’t been quite the experience he desired since moving from Manchester United.

The Frenchman wanted more game time but has failed to replicate the form that first gained him interest from United all those years ago.

Sevilla are in the title hunt but are slowly falling further and further behind Real Madrid, and given that they’ve now been knocked out of the Europa League by West Ham, it can’t hurt for them to take a few chances.

Martial clearly believes he still has what it takes to succeed at a high level in European football. At the same time, if he’s being given an opportunity and isn’t taking it, perhaps he may not be as good as we all once thought.
