Martin Odegaard eyes Arsenal stay?

According to El Gol Digital, Martin Odegaard wants to stay at Arsenal. It has been reported by the Spanish news outlet that Odegaard has told his agent to start talks with Real Madrid over a permanent move to the Gunners. The 22-year-old attacking midfielder joined the Premier League club on loan from the defending Spanish champions in the January transfer window.

It has been reported that Odegaard is happy at Arsenal and wants to stay at the Emirates Stadium. The Gunners have offered him a good salary, and he is playing regularly under manager Mikel Arteta. Madrid head coach Zinedine Zidane did not play him this season before the Norway international moved to Arsenal on loan.

According to WhoScored, Odegaard has scored one goal in seven Premier League matches and has scored one goal in three Europa League games for Arsenal.
