Mata considers Man United future

According to a recent report from Manchester Evening News, Juan Mata is considering his future at Manchester United due to a lack of playing time.

The 33-year-old has been with the club for almost eight years now but with no appearances under his belt in the Premier League thus far, it definitely feels as if his time at Old Trafford is slowly but surely coming to an end.

He definitely still has some notable ability that needs to be recognised, and he may even still be good enough to do a job in the Premier League, but United have their eyes on the title race and Mata doesn’t seem to be someone who is going to feature in their plans for that specific competition.

He may still get a run out in the FA Cup and potentially even the Champions League, but something tells us he wants more tha that.
