Matic open to Man United exit

According to a recent report from Calciomercato, Manchester United midfielder Nemanja Matic is willing to keep an open mind in regards to a possible move away from the Red Devils. Matic seemed like a golden transfer when he first made his way into the club, but now, it appears as if he’s not immune from a potential sale – despite all of the optimism surrounding him once upon a time. 

Matic is clearly okay with the prospect of leaving if the right sort of deal came in, but one of the issues is that the main interested party is Inter Milan. This is an issue because their primary target is still Barcelona’s Arturo Vidal, although his future is just as uncertain following recent reports. 

Whether or not United would contemplate any deals, given how fragile their midfield is looking right now, remains to be seen – but it’s certainly one to keep an eye on.
