Manchester United defender Matteo Darmian is ready to listen to an offer from Benfica, according to his official representative.
The Italian full-back is widely expected to leave Old Trafford this winter and he is reportedly a target for the Eagles.
Matteo Darmian’s agent Tullio Tinti appears to be aware of the Benfica interest and admits his client would consider a proposal from Estadio da Luz.
“Right now, Darmian is at United and he feels good here. If Benfica call, we’ll listen. I am aware of Benfica (interest),” Tinti told A Bola.
Darmian is also believed to be on the radar of Juventus and few other Italian clubs having failed to impress since joining the Red Devils in an €18 million deal from Torino.
The 28-year-old has since made a total of 50 Premier League appearances, but never quite managed to justify the money invested in him.
