Chilean full-back Mauricio Isla will be leaving Juventus on permanent basis, according to Le 10 Sport.
The 27-year-old spent the current season on loan at Marseille, and while he did fairly well during his spell at Stade Velodrome, chances are he will not be staying there beyond the summer.
Namely, seeing that Isla’s contract at Juventus is due to expire in a year’s time, the Bianconeri are no longer interested in sending him out on loan, but rather plan to sell him outright.
Marseille are not exactly in a position to try and purchase his contract, so everything suggests the Chilean will again be moving clubs this summer.
After starting his stint at OM as a right-sided defender, Isla was moved to the middle of the park and he in turn established a good partnership with Lassana Diarra.
The experienced footballer will represent Chile at the 2016 Copa America Centenario, where La Roja are 7/1 shot to defend the trophy.
