Philipp Max and Felix Uduokhai have been called up to the Germany squad for the first time.
Joachim Low’s selection for the November matches also includes Bayern Munich winger Leroy Sane and Manchester City midfielder Ilkay Gundogan, who were absent last month.
Lukas Klostermann, Julian Draxler, Suat Serdar, Emre Can, Niklas Sule and Kai Havertz, who tested positive for coronavirus this week, are the players to drop out from the previous squad.
Left-back Max, 27, was part of the silver-medal-winning Germany squad at the 2016 Olympic Games but has yet to be involved for the senior national team.
He has enjoyed a strong start to the season since joining PSV from Augsburg for €8million, making 11 appearances in all competitions.

Defender Uduokhai moved to Augsburg on a permanent deal from Wolfsburg this year, having enjoyed a positive loan spell in 2019-20.
A youth international at Under-19, Under-20 and Under-21 level, Uduokhai is also eligible to play for Nigeria’s senior side.
Germany face the Czech Republic in Leipzig on November 11 in a friendly match before Nations League contests with Ukraine and Spain.
While most of the senior squad will convene in Leipzig on Monday, eight players will be given until Thursday to join up.
Bayern quintet Manuel Neuer, Serge Gnabry, Leon Goretzka, Joshua Kimmich and Sane, as well as Matthias Ginter of Borussia Monchengladbach, Real Madrid’s Toni Kroos and Chelsea’s Timo Werner, will only be involved in the Nations League matches.
Germany have won one and drawn three of their Group A4 games.
