With that run highlighted by a 4-0 drumming against West Ham on April 23rd, Bournemouth will face a tough challenge here. With United claiming a 3-0 victory when they welcomed the Cherries to Old Trafford when opening 2023, we are expecting a similar home win here.

Last seen in front of their own supporters claiming an eye-catching 1-0 victory against local rivals and Midlands rivals Aston Villa, Wolves have now won each of their last four straight showdowns on home soil. With that run highlighted by a stellar 1-0 win against Chelsea on April 8th, it should also be noted that Lopetegui’s side have kept a clean sheet in each of those four consecutive victories at Molineux. Despite claiming that stunning 5-1 romp away at Brighton on May 8th, that might have just been a minor boost for the relegation scrappers. Eventually getting hit with a 3-0 drumming at home against Manchester City last weekend, the Blues have recorded just a single Premier League win from their previous nine appearances. Although Everton might face a must-win showdown on Saturday afternoon, the Toffees will face another tough challenge here. Suffering a 2-1 loss when they welcomed Wolves to Goodison Park for their reverse meeting on Boxing Day, Dyche’s side have also lost each of their last three meetings against this weekend’s hosts by an aggregate score of 5-2.

Making real history last weekend as they claimed a first La Liga crown since 2019, the mood in Barcelona’s camp is at the highest it has been in recent memory. Wrapping up their domestic romp thanks to an action-packed 4-2 win against bitter local rivals Espanyol, Xavi’s side have only continued to gain a string of plaudits this year. Suffering just a trio of top-flight defeats this season and riding what has been a famous wave of momentum, there will certainly be a party atmosphere around the Nou Camp this weekend. Signing off April with a 4-0 romp at home against Real Betis, the Spanish heavyweights have also gained a fearsome reputation for their free-scoring performances in the final third. With attacking talisman Robert Lewandowski cruising his way to La Liga’s Golden Boot this season, neutrals could be treated to another enjoyable affair in Catalonia. With Sociedad sat firmly in pole position to book a Champions League return this month, Imanol Alguacil’s men could be smelling the chance to upset a Barca squad that might have taken one eye off the ball. Despite being last seen having to settle for a lively 2-2 draw at home against Girona, the Royals are unbeaten in each of their last five La Liga appearances. It should be noted, with five of the last seven meetings between Saturday’s opponents finishing with both teams finding the net, we are expecting a similar outcome here.
