Mbappe close to sensational new PSG deal

According to Gianluca Di Marzio, Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe is now close to signing a new deal with the club.

The rollercoaster ride known as Kylian Mbappe has been ongoing for quite some time now. The last few years have been full of rumours and speculation regarding his future with the popular opinion being that he’d eventually end up joining Real Madrid. Up until the last 24 hours, that’s the clear direction everyone was heading in, with Mbappe being close to signing for Real on a free transfer.

Alas, we all know things can change in the blink of an eye in football – and that’s, apparently, what’s happened.

PSG wanted to offer Mbappe the world in order to get him to stay and it seems like the 23-year-old has finally taken the bait.

Now, it’s time to wait and see whether or not Madrid are willing to continue putting themselves through this.
