There is a strong possibility that Kylian Mbappe will be moving from Paris Saint-Germain to Real Madrid in the summer, according to French journalist Julien Laurens.
Mbappe has been linked with a move to the Santiago Bernabeu for a long time now, and Laurens says his dream to play for Real is still there, as well as to be coached by the current Los Blancos head coach Zinedine Zidane.
PSG are trying to get the 22-year-old sensation to sign a new contract and to stay in the French capital for at least a season more, but at the moment it doesn’t look as if their wish is coming true.
Apart from Real, Mbappe was linked with Juventus and Liverpool, and while the story of how Juventus saw him as a potential successor to Cristiano Ronaldo went cold by itself, Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp stamped the rumour out immediately. Mbappe’s transfer from AS Monaco to PSG is still the second most expensive deal in the history of the game, but should Real complete the deal and bring the World Cup winner in, they would likely have to fork out more than the €222 million PSG paid to sign Neymar from Barcelona.
