James McArthur has signed a contract extension with Crystal Palace, according to Talksport.
The Scotland international has been the mark of consistency since signing from Wigan Athletic four years ago, racking up at least thirty appearances in each of his full seasons with the club while he has been ever present this term.
He has scored sixteen goals for the club, seven of which came last term with only Wilfried Zaha and Luka Milivojević managing more.
He has been capped thirty-two times for his country though he hasn’t featured since the 2-2 draw with Slovenia at the tail end of their failed World Cup qualification campaign almost twelve months ago.
Palace won for a second time this season on Saturday, beating Huddersfield Town by a goal to nil – Zaha getting the only goal of the game.
Up next for the Eagles is the visit of Newcastle United with the home win priced at 1/1.
