Mexes will not join Milan

French defender Philippe Mexes’ agent claims the Roma ace will not be joining AC Milan this summer.

The former Auxerre defender looks set to remain with Roma, despite interest from around Europe.

“I can’t see Milan getting their hands on Mexes,” said Olivier Joanneaux

“The relationship between the Rossoneri and the Giallorossi is excellent and Roma have no desire to sell him.

“Adriano Galliani would never do anything like that to upset the Sensi family.”

Reports have previously suggested AC Milan were ready to make a bid worth more than £9million for the 27-year-old.
