Middlesbrough 4/1 to beat West Brom and both teams to score in Fridays Championship clash

Competition: Championship

Market: Middlesbrough win and both teams to score

Odds: 4/1 @ Bet 365

Two of this years heavy hitters in the Championship, Tony Pulis’ Middlesbrough side will look to carry on their impressive start to the season when they host to a West Brom to the Riverside on Friday.

Starting with Tony Pulis’ Middlesbrough side, while they could only make the semi-finals of the playoffs last season, Boro have enjoyed an eye-catching start to the new season and are certainly one to watch in the race for Premier League football. Coming off the back of a 2-0 win over Bristol City over the weekend, The Reds have now won their last four on the bounce and are yet to lose a match so far this year. One man to watch for the hosts will be winger Martin Braithwaite, the Norweigan international now has three goals in his first four Championship outings.

As for Darren Moore’s Baggies side, although they may have lost their opening game 2-1 to Bolton, West Brom have begun to show signs of improvement. Putting seven past QPR last weekend, while they only recorded one clean sheet in their last eight, West Brom have scored 12 in their last three. While Boro have Braithwaite, The Baggies would have been excited to see that Jay Rodriguez will be staying in the Midlands. The former Southampton man now has four in three and sits atop of the Championship goalscoring charts.
