ESPN Mexico claims that FC Porto full-back Migue Layun is hoping to leave the club in the January transfer window.
The 28-year-old has resumed training after missing several weeks of action through injury, but latest reports suggest that he is looking for a way out.
Following some impressive displays for the Dragons, Layun has a long list of suitors and he has just been offered a lucrative contract from an unnamed Chinese club worth $6 million per season.
That is probably the main reason why the Mexican wants to leave in the January window, although he has a chance to remain in Europe as well.
Namely, both Napoli and Inter Milan are keen on his services and could come forward with official proposals.
Layun enjoyed an incredibly successful loan spell at FC Porto before making a permanent move, having managed 5 goals and 15 assists in 27 league appearances.
